Wentworth Review

I haven’t been too impressed with Wentworth this season. This episode had the potential to be spectacular. Unfortunately, it fell through. It was pretty clear early on that Vince was going to die. That was too predictable. So, is Kaz really dead? I wouldn’t be surprised. It felt like the writers were setting that up from the very beginning. While I was eager for a main character to die, Kaz’s death wasn’t even satisfying. It just felt sloppy and rushed.

It should set up some interesting storylines from here on out though. The episode scores a 6.5 out of 10. Catch up with previous recaps of Wentworth right now.

  1. Gary Brennan says:

I don’t know why I found it funny with the Linda and Sean scene, alongside him trying to set her up with those bets.. our deputies in some trouble…

bloody hell though, shame it was Kaz, and not Liz imo.

    • ReelMockery says:

lol! Yea, I thought that was somewhat funny and cheesy too. I had a feeling Kaz might be on her way out. Too many past events coming back to haunt her. I agree though. Liz should have been gone a long, long time ago. They should have let her die in the shower last season.

Your reviews are so damn negative. You never have anything good to say lmao.

    • ReelMockery says:

I call it like I see it! lol :p

I gave the show a lot of praise back in the day. The first few seasons were some of the best television during that time. Thanks for the comment.

  3. Brittany says:

Why would you want Liz To die earlier? I love her character. I think the way she dies in the end of the season is a perfect way GeForce her character to die. And I think all the seasons have been very well done, including season 7, love how the end of the season really wraps everything up. Well done producers and actors, very well done!

    • ReelMockery says:

Just way too drug out and unrealistic for me. Not the most realistic portrayal of a person with dementia to say the least. She was almost killed twice or something and they still found a way to keep her alive and drag her out until the very end of the episode which they suspected was going to be the last.
