Mark Bonnar donates items from Guilt and The Rig to Heart Research UK’s eBay auction

Heart Research UK is raising money to help fund research into heart disease in its first ever Heart of Scotland Appeal auction which is set to run from November 24 to December 3 exclusively on eBay. Donors will have the chance to get rewarded for their donations with gifts seen on the small screen, afternoon tea with a BAFTA-winning Scottish actor, and more.

Proceeds from the auctions are set to go towards the organization’s Heart of Scotland Appeal and will fund lifesaving medical research to find treatments and cures for heart diseases. Scottish actor Mark Bonnar has given two items from the hit series Guilt including Max McCall’s iconic jacket and Bonnar’s annotated script for episode one of the final series.

Fans can also bid on Mark Bonnar’s Book “The Kraken Wakes” which was used in The Rig. Donors can also bid on a phone call from Isa Drennan from Still Game. Bid on an opportunity to have afternoon tea for four with BAFTA-winning Scottish actor Gary Hollywood.

The gold and ruby ring and earrings worn by Siobhan Redmond in a production of “Dunsinane” are also being auctioned off for a good cause. Another auction gives fans a chance to meet Alan Cumming in Glasgow and two tickets to “Alan Cumming Is Not Acting His Age”. All available items can be viewed here.
