Jamestown Review

The finale of Jamestown was excellent. However, I felt that it was a little too easy for George Yeardley. Is he ever going to get what he deserves? Maria told Alice that George intended to set up the naturals. Nevertheless, nobody seemed to be able to put two and two together. Jocelyn took over Massinger’s land, but it wasn’t meant to be. Will she find out that George was responsible for the fire? How will she retaliate? The finale did a great job of justifying another season. I can’t wait for it.

The finale scores a good 8 out of 10. Catch up with previous recaps of Jamestown right now!

I’m enjoying binge watching Jamestown during CVID. How could they end season 2 with Yeardley organizing a war party to attack the Pamunkey, with no resolution? Episode 1 of season 3 seems to completely forget about potential consequential action by Yeardley.

Bad move for sure. I really hate when they end an episode or season on a big cliff-hanger like this and never address it later. Decent series otherwise and those who followed along with the TV schedule likely didn’t even notice it because of the long gaps between seasons.
