ITVX, ITV’s new streaming service, released its highly anticipated drama series, A Spy Among Friends. English actor, Guy Pearce (Rover, Memory, Jack Irish, Neighbors) joins seasoned actress, Anna Maxwell-Martin (Code 404, Line of Duty, Doctor Who, Hollington Drive), and Homeland actor, Damian Lewis (Billions, Wolf Hall, Romeo & Juliet, Desire).

The show is scheduled to debut on ITVX on December 8, 2022, according an official ITV press release.

What Can You Expect From A Spy Among Friends

A Spy Among Friends, written by Ben Macintyre (SAS: Rogue Warriors, Double Cross, Operation Mincemeat, Kim Philby), is set in 1963 England. Nicholas Elliott (Damian Lewis) is an intelligence officer for MI6 when he gets the news that his good friend, British intelligence officer, Kim Philby (Guy Pearce) is secretly a KGB spy and Soviet Union collaborator.
