They look at the evidence and find out that Melissa was the one who was raped. They pay her a visit. She tells them that she went to a party with Libby. She took ecstasy and went to the bedroom with Jamie Northcott (Aaron Scully). Jamie forced himself onto Melissa and raped her. Melissa left in a hurry and left Libby behind. It was the last time she saw her. Jamie is arrested outside of the courthouse. Next, we learn that Jamie got ill at the party and had to be rushed to the hospital. Daniel speaks with the neighbor. He learns that Paul was the one doing the brickwork. Daniel pays him a visit. He looks around the property and finds out that Paul is good with masonry.

He encourages Paul to tell the truth. Then, he learns that Paul has asbestosis and will likely die soon. He most likely got it by inhaling the asbestos when he hid Libby’s body. Paul found Libby dead and decided to hide the body. The detectives arrive to speak with him a short time later. Lyle speaks with Grace on the rooftop. Daniel tells Simon that he is just dwelling on the past. He believes he has been distracting himself from things that he needs to do. Grace offers Daniel out for dinner. He is forced to turn down the offer.

Later that night, Daniel calls Fern. It appears that she is following someone. Daniel notices something in the distance. Someone has burned his car. At the end of the episode, Francis Chester arrives at the restaurant where Callan is working.

Harrow Review

This episode of Harrow was pretty good. I enjoyed the mystery of Libby’s death. I thought that was well done. I figured Paul was going to make an impact on the show at some point. I am glad the show is focusing a lot more on the Francis Chester storyline. I find that more interesting than the murder mysteries. This season has been slightly better than the last one. This episode scores a 7 out of 10. Catch up with previous recaps of Harrow before you go!
