Now, one of their stunts has killed them. A witness, Ray Gupta (Naveen Varghese), speaks with detectives. Anna Michaud (Emily Gruhl) can’t believe what happened. She had a relationship with Luca. Fern returns to her old room. She begins rearranging things right away. Daniel finds Grace (Jolene Anderson) settling into her office. Daniel chats with her about her past job. A tapeworm is found near Luca’s spine. The other guy has a rope burn on his hand. It appears that he tried to pull the cord, but something went wrong. Later, Lyle Fairly (Darren Gilshenan) admits to Daniel that he can’t wait for Grace to find her own place to stay. Simon speaks with Daniel in private. He learns that Daniel slept with Grace. He isn’t convinced their relationship will end there. Stephanie calls Daniel. She is worried because Fern has gone missing. Daniel calls her. She is just looking for a job. Next, Daniel watches footage that Anna recorded. Tomas says something to Luca in another language. He is telling Luca not to jump, but it is too late. Bryan discusses things with Anna. She claims that Tomas packed his own parachute. She knew nothing about Luca’s problems. Bryan tells Daniel that the call came from an encrypted messaging app. They cannot trace it. He is convinced that Daniel shouldn’t be too worried about it. Daniel speaks with Paul (Richard Cawthorne). Again, he learns that Fern is in big trouble. Daniel runs into Callan. He believes Callan wasn’t responsible for the drugs. He lets Callan stay with him. They watch the videos together in hopes of discovering when Luca’s hand problems started. Daniel goes to sleep. Callan finishes watching all of the videos.

Daniel uses that information to determine that his hand was already in trouble before the tapeworm. He was suffering from ALS. They tell Anna about it. She insists she didn’t know anything. However, she admits that Luca didn’t want to live that way. Daniel speaks with Grace on the rooftop. Daniel confesses that he isn’t totally convinced that Luca’s death was an accident. Daniel finds out that Anna is going to live stream from the site of the jump. He spots a comment from Ray Gupta and tracks him down. Dash camera footage confirms that Anna packed the parachute. Daniel tells Grace to get Nichols. Daniel confronts her on the rooftop. She pretends she is going to jump and kill herself.

Daniel tries to stop her. Instead, he comes close to dying. Grace arrives just in time to save him. Anna is arrested. Grace patches up Daniel’s stitches that night. They agree it is best to keep their relationship professional. Daniel does some research. He remembers the Mr Lincoln roses sent to his hospital room. He visits Maxine (Robyn Malcolm). Bryan is asleep. Daniel gives her the evidence and claims Francis Chester (Grant Bowler) is out to get him. After all, Daniel put him away after he murdered several people. Maxine tells him that Francis died in a prison fire several months ago. Fern finds a rose petal in her bad that night.

Harrow Review

Harrow is just okay. I am not sure it’ll ever be able to escape its level of mediocrity. Still, this isn’t necessarily a bad thing. The show is entertaining enough to make it a good way to kill some time. It has been slightly better this season with the insane person out there trying to exact revenge on Daniel. I enjoy it, but I do find it annoying at times. It is okay, but nothing groundbreaking. The episode scores a 7 out of 10. Catch up with previous recaps of Harrow now!
