The Outlaws Review

The Dean pays Burgess to kill Smiler and forces John and Myra to testify against Rani. Still not convinced that Rani never killed Smiler, Ben lures Burgess to a hotel in hopes of capturing his confession on a baby monitor. Smarter than he looks, Burgess foils their plan. Christian eludes Burgess and asks for Ben’s help in disappearing. Realizing he hasn’t changed, Ben gives some cash. He later shows back up to help them take down The Dean.

Diane is distraught when Myrna and John testify that her idol, Haines took bribe money from Christian. She becomes a corrupt community service worker. She later finds out that Burgess framed Haines and is ready to prove her innocence.

Gabby asks Greg to contribute to her pregnancy by giving her a semen sample. He initially refuses but relents when he finds her on the verge of relapse. The Earl tries to deceive her into relinquishing her rights to her mother’s money.

The best episode by far. Most of the jokes hit the mark. Christopher Walken made his first appearance of the season. It is unclear if he will rejoin The Outlaws. The episode deserves a 6.2 out of 10.
