Us Weekly reports that Keke Palmer is seeking a restraining order against ex Darius Jackson and is attempting to secure sole custody of their son Ledois who is 8 months old. 30-year-old Palmer accused 29-year-old Jackson of abusing her multiple times during their two-year relationship in court documents filed this week.

In court documents, Palmer claims to have security footage of a November 5 incident in which Jackson trespasses into “my home without my knowledge or consent”. She also accuses him of threatening her before “lunging for my neck, striking me, throwing me over the couch and stealing my phone.”

Palmer alleges that there were other instances of physical violence with Jackson, which include “hitting [me] in front of our son”, “harassment”, and “threatening to kill himself with a gun if I left him”.

In July, Jackson ridiculed Palmer’s outfit at an Usher concert on X (Twitter). After backlash from others, Jackson eventually deleted his social media accounts.
