The public broadcasting network, Channel 5, announced that it has commissioned two new gripping seasons of “Cause of Death.” The critically acclaimed docuseries follows the coronial investigations of the Senior Coroner for Lancashire & Darwen.
Each new season will feature an eight-part docuseries scheduled to premiere in 2023 and 2024.
The first season premiered on October 19, 2022, on Channel 5. Each episode reined in 1.6 million viewers, 5 million in total.
Dr. Ardeley and his team provide viewers with an in-depth look into what transpires inside the mortuary. Each episode features unique and personal stories about the deceased and their loved ones.
