Go To The Labia – The episode begins with Wendy (Dale Dickey) accusing Danny Colavito (Sebastian Maniscalco) of being racist after she overhears him telling Sandra (Andrea Anders) about Ray/Rayfield (Omar J Dorsey) knocking out Brad Garrett (Brad Garrett). The discussion doesn’t get much further thanks to Anthony (Maxim Swinton) interrupting with a request for a ride to school. Wendy tells him that she will drive him and throws him the keys, telling him to start the vehicle but leave it in park. Before this is revealed to be a bad idea, Danny tries to return Wendy’s profits on the bet she made. Instead, she uses the profits to place another bet.
While Lorraine Colavito (Vanessa Ferlito) pitches her magic mushroom business plan to Walt Dinty (Rob Corddry), Hector (Jorge Garcia) tries to convince Danny and Ray to go with him to collect on a $78,000 payment from El Condor (Felix Solis), who may or may not be a drug dealer. By the time Walt goes on his psychedelic journey, Hector and the guys are briefly hassled at what appears to be a checkpoint on their way to El Condor’s house. Things don’t get any better when they arrive at El Condor’s to find a house party where they stand out like a sore thumb.
Things become really tense when Danny has to use the bathroom at the party and finds a bona constrictor in the tub. He has a hard time going but eventually manages to work it out. When he does, shots ring out in the distance, causing him to urinate on the snake. By this time, Walt is completely out and under the guidance of Lorraine. Because of the shooting, Danny exits the bathroom to find a newly vacated house. He doesn’t get far before he is taken by force to a room with a bunch of drugs where a man is being held hostage. Danny is forced to try the drugs to see whether or not it is fentanyl or meth.
While Danny trips on the drugs, Walt goes through a rebirthing experience thanks to Lorraine’s therapy. In El Candor’s office, he denies making the bet. When Hector pulls out his phone and replays the recording, El Candor shoots it. It isn’t much longer after this that Ray comes in. Although he is still tripping, Ray manages to tell him that they are cutting him off if he doesn’t pay what he owes. It certainly doesn’t help matters that Ray also mentions peeing on the snake, as a bit of an insult, but before things can get too far, Charlie Sheen (Charlie Sheen) busts in with good news. As it turns out, Charlie and El Condor are second cousins and Charlie plays for his baseball team. They have just beaten Snapchat, but more importantly, Charlie not only talks El Candor out of killing the guys but he convinces him to pay what he owes.
Later that night at a diner, Charlie tells the guys all about El Candor’s baseball league. As it turns out, everyone from the Crips to the Bloods sponsors a team.
The episode ends with Walt returning home and making amends with his mother.
Bookie Review
This wasn’t a horrible episode but it has some really atrocious parts. The whole birthing thing was Walt was just plain awful. I am sure there are some people who will find it hilarious but for me, it was a bit too much. I didn’t mind seeing him making amends with his mother, but that’s an entirely different story.
As for Danny’s story, I am surprised that I wasn’t more annoyed by his high persona. Don’t get me wrong, he was pretty annoying but not as much as I would have thought. Plus, any episode with Charlie has to be a good episode, so I would end up giving it a 6 out of 10.
