Netflix has teamed up with Barack and Michelle Obama’s production company, High Ground Productions, to produce a film based on Kenneth Feinberg’s memoir “What Is Life Worth”. The biopic film will follow Kenneth Feinberg (Michael Keaton) who has been appointed Special Master of the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund.
Feinberg is tasked with allocating financial compensation to victims of the terror attack. Worth is being co-financed by Paradise City Films, West Madison Entertainment, Riverstone Pictures, and Ingenious Media. Members of the cast include Michael Keaton, Stanley Tucci, Amy Ryan, Tate Donovan, Talia Balsam, and Laura Benanti.
The film is being directed by Sara Colangelo with Max Borenstein serving as the screenwriter. More details can be found here.
