Atwood claims Bill assaulted him while Bill’s former colleagues claim Atwood was inebriated on duty and fell down a flight of stairs. Bill says that sounds like something he would do. Richard Lee (Tom Weston-Jones) congratulates him. Ah Sahm speaks to Ah Toy (Olivia Cheng) about his options. She argues that he never really belonged to the Hop Wei, but she can’t say that whatever is out there will be any better. It might be time for him to find out for himself.

When he threatens to blow it up again, Douglas says he’ll have him arrested. Dylan tells him to do his worst. Douglas asks if he thinks a man like him can stop him. Dylan says men like him stop men like Douglas. He believes Douglas will break like everyone else when the boot is on his chest. Dylan warns him that he has never met the gangster.
Yan’s brother approaches Ah Sahm to tell him what has happened. Ah Sahm goes to Bill and Richard to tell them where the plates and press are. He offers to tell them where they are, but they have to let Yan go. Richard agrees the girl can go free when they have the plates. Hong tells them that he no longer has a boyfriend. They still have each other though.
Isaac approaches Chao and says he doesn’t know how he got off that train. He messed up coming back because he knows he killed Happy Jack. Isaac explains he’ll look weak if he doesn’t avenge Jack’s death. Chao tells him he knows where the Hop Wei makes the counterfeit money and a few men will be moving the plates tomorrow. Isaac wants to hear what Chao has to say. A handful of men who work for Strickland approach Dylan with the intention of beating him. Dylan ends up beating them all up before the episode ends.
Warrior Review
This episode of Warrior created some interest for the finale with so many possibilities for the core story. It also worked on fleshing out the season’s other storylines with Hong, Dylan, and Bill. Some of these storylines have been better developed and more interesting than others. For instance, Hong’s love life was barely touched on besides a few episodes here and there.
Even Father Jun’s passing fell a little flat possibly because he was only covered in a handful of episodes too and had been gone for a while. The CGI in the last fight scene with Dylan wasn’t particularly impressive. With that being said, this episode was still one of the best this season. However, this would probably be a good place and time to end Warrior.
The finale can wrap things up and let Ah Sahm ride into the sunset with Yan Mi. Otherwise, there may not be enough justification to renew Warrior for another season. Time will tell. This episode scores a 6.5 out of 10. Recaps of Warrior can be found on Reel Mockery here. Find out how to support our independent site at this link. Learn more about advertising on Reel Mockery here.
