While the series continues to improve, the failed pilot probably deterred people from watching. Prosper does a great job showing how people cover up for an extremely popular but corrupt evangelist. Whether it be to protect their own positions or to protect the evangelist is questionable. One thing is for sure, the Quinns are not who they portray themselves as. This is not to say they are night-and-day different out of the camera eye’s, just different. Regardless, they are hypocrites.
