My Mum Tracy Beaker has proven to be a streaming success on BBC’s iPlayer. Fans of all ages flocked to BBC to enjoy the return of the unforgettable character. My Mum Tracy Beaker was streamed 2.1 million times during its first three days of availability.

On the CBBC channel, the premiere on February 12 at 5 PM drew an average audience of 492,000. My Mum Tracy Beaker tackles the character from a new angle since it is told from the perspective of her 10-year-old daughter Jess.

The drama follows Tracy’s new relationship with rich, former footballer Sean Godfrey. The series was made by BBC Children’s In-House Productions. Patricia Hidalgo, Director of Children’s & Education, said, “These viewing figures are extraordinary.
