Dateline NBC will be debuting an all-new true-crime podcast series on February 16. The six-episode series, which will be hosted by Keith Morrison, will focus on Idaho mom Lori Vallow who caught the attention of the public and detectives when her children JJ and Tylee disappeared.
Mommy Doomsday provides an inside look at Lori and her husband, Chad Daybell, as well as the events surrounding the disappearance of the two children. The podcast will also tackle the couple’s participation in a fringe religious group that believed doomsday was close.
Both continue to deny any wrongdoings in the case, but they’re facing charges of destruction, alteration, or concealment of evidence. The first two episodes of Mommy Doomsday will be available for download and streaming on podcast platforms on February 16. The following four episodes will be released over the next three weeks.
