As this episode of Creamerie begins, Daniel (David Correos) tells the others about Steve and how he Dutch ovens you when you’re sleeping. Bobby (Jay Ryan), Jaime (JJ Fong), and Alex continue guiding Jackson through the woods. Once they reach Yvonne (Miriama McDowell) and the others, Daniel asks them where everyone is. Yvonne tells Alex (Ally Xue) that Tilda is and always be one of them. Bobby asks where the men are since this is supposed to be a safe place for them. Yvonne tells someone to go get them before asking to have a look at Tilda’s son. Once she looks at Jackson, she takes a vote to see who is in favor of Spree.
She declares spree. Shaun comes over and says he has been making a toothbrush. Doc Garvey (Rachel House) hooks Pip (Perlina Lau) up to the torture machine. Garvey shocks her and asks how painful it was. Lane (Tandi Wright) thinks they should just turn it up, but Garvey won’t do that until the unit is calibrated. After messing with it, Garvey says the trunchbull is ready for use. Lane wants to know where they’ve taken Bobby and Daniel. Pip claims she can use transcendental meditation to make the pain go away. After she is shocked again, Pip is asked where Bobby is. Bobby wants to know where the eight men are. Daniel says that was four years ago.
As for Shaun, he has always been like that. They’re reminded not to talk while the women Spree. Bobby finds an ad for The Big Boys Toys Expo in his jacket pocket. Everyone is forced to drink although Bobby only pretends to do so. Then, they’re told that the men left because they all had their own minds and made their own choices. Jaime suggests they can still save the six men at Lane’s facility. She isn’t thrilled to learn that they voted against using tranquilizers. Alex insults them and says they’re not the resistance. Jaime worries they wasted all that time coming there and Pip is screwed. As she starts talking about going back, Alex begins feeling high and hallucinating. Jaime and Bobby have to care for Jackson after he crashes to the ground.
Michelle (Kimberley Crossman) goes with Pip who is supposed to show them where Bobby is being held. Pip tries to answer her questions without giving herself away. Jaime searches for supplies to help Jackson. He grabs her and demands to have his bag. He eventually gets it and begins taking pills from it. Alex walks over to a tent while Bobby reluctantly accepts Shaun’s toothbrush. He agrees to make some walkie-talkies with him. Alex watches the woman in the tent draw before her mom disappears. Then, she sees Tilda speaking on the radio nearby. Alex sees her mom put photos in a jacket pocket. She searches the pocket and finds them. Shaun tries to get in touch with Bobby using the makeshift walkie-talkie.
Bobby knows he isn’t really into this Spree situation. He had too much of the happy juice a while back and develop a resistance to it. They agreed to a trial moratorium on mixed sex intercourse. They believe scarcity will breed instability. Bobby asks if he wants to tell him more about the thing that happened. He questions why Shaun didn’t leave with the other men. Bobby tells him about the paper he found in his pocket and asks why the men left. Shaun says they left but it wasn’t like that. He goes on to say they died in an accident. They took the tranquilizer rifles to play “IRL Call of Duty”. They shot each other and drowned in the river. Shaun wasn’t with them because he wanted to win and was working on a reloading magazine.
Bobby tries to cheer him up, but Shaun complains about having to hide for the rest of his life. Alex interrupts to ask Bobby to show his teeth because Tilda just showed her the cure. Pip continues leading Michelle to their supposed destination. Pip asks if she is aware of everything Lane does. She doesn’t think she does because she didn’t want that to happen to Bobby that night. Pip tells Michelle that she is doing that but ten times worse. Michelle tries to convince herself otherwise. Pip asks the driver to turn around because there is something Michelle needs to see. Jaime confronts Jackson to ask if Lane got him hooked on something. She asks if that is how she got him to do that stuff before getting sick. Jackson suspects she is pregnant.
Jackson talks about there being peace when Oscar came along. When he left, they weren’t complete anymore. Jaime reminds him that she stayed on his farm and thought he was gone, but he chose to get high. Jackson suggests grief changed him. They continue arguing. Jaime shows him the ultrasound and complains about this being a crap show. After she says she can’t leave Pip there, Jackson says he knows a secret tunnel to the facility. Alex finds out that the men have retained their baby teeth. Jaime interrupts to say they’re going to take Jackson’s secret entrance into Lane’s facility. Bobby asks Shaun if he got the rifle magazine working. Bobby and the others leave with the guns. Daniel and Shaun stay behind.
They drive through the night while Alex looks at pictures of her mother. Before long, Jackson leads them through the secret entrance.
Creamerie Review
This episode of Creamerie may not have been as humorous as the first, but it was enjoyable nevertheless. While Alex and Jaime are trying to find a way to save Pip, she is busy trying to escape the facility on her own. The meeting with the Sisterhood was interesting and it was good to see Alex find remnants of the past and her mother.
The back and forth between Bobby and Shaun was fun and surprisingly even a little sad. Creamerie’s second season has been just as enjoyable as the first although it obviously isn’t going to be for everyone. I do like it because it is humorous, silly, and it doesn’t take itself too seriously. Creamerie’s second season has been a fun ride through two episodes.
