The soldiers take Divis captive. However, he soon finds a way to manipulate them. He turns them against one another and makes them friends again. Cait’s father is asked about his actions. He remains cocky and refuses to cave. Cait makes it to the Roman camp. She watches as her father’s eyes are burned together.

At the prison, Vitus (Gershwyn Eustache) speaks with the Roman betrayer. The man tells the truth about his deeds. He requests to be killed for his actions. Phelan enters to find the man dead alongside his comrade. Aulus finally returns to camp. He learns about Cait’s father and doesn’t seem happy with the news. However, he seems to have high hopes for the future. Vitus is tortured by Pellenor. Eventually, Vitus mentions Kerra’s visit to the Roman camp. Pellenor tells Kerra that the druids will decide her fate. Divis takes the Roman soldiers to the camp. He has a plan for them to get him inside. However, Cait shows up and spoils it. Aulus speaks about his visit with the Druids. Out of nowhere, Divis’s Roman soldier appears with the head of his comrade. He makes crazy statements and scares the other soldiers. He is quickly taken captive.

Divis and Cait sneak inside. They go their separate ways. Divis spots Aulus and recognizes him from the underworld. Meanwhile, Cait manages to save her father. The other prisoners encourage her to leave without them. The druids learn that they’re wanted. Aulus speaks to Lokka. He tells him that they’re rising.

Britannia Review

The 3rd episode of Britannia was simply okay. The series has really been disappointing this far in. That is really a shame, since there are so many great actors and actresses in the series. The story isn’t great, but it does have a lot of potential. Sadly, things aren’t getting any better. The Roman soldiers are terribly stupid and the dialogue certain doesn’t help matters any. This episode scores a 5.5 out of 10. Catch up with previous recaps of Britannia right now!
