BAFTA-winning hit Dodger is coming back to BBC for a Christmas special. Dodger is back for an action-packed special which will air on BBC One, BBC iPlayer, and CBBC over the Christmas season. The 55-minute special titled “Coronation” is written by Rhys Thomas and Lucy Montgomery. Fagin and his gang are planning their biggest heist yet as they plan on stealing Queen Victoria’s crown for her Coronation ceremony.
Christopher Eccleston, who returns as Fagin, will be joined by Billy Jenkins, Ellie-May Sheridan, Connor Curren, Mila Lieu, Lenny Ruch, Ed Kear, Tony Way, and Javone Prince. Rhys Thomas and Lucy Montgomery will play PC Duff and Minnie Bilge. The Christmas special will also feature guest stars and legends, including Simon Callow, Toby Stephens, Paul Whitehouse, Alex Macqueen, Dan Renton Skinner, and Nicola Coughlan.
