Back in the cellblock, Ferguson speaks with Allie (Kate Jenkinson) and learns about Kaz’s father. Allie tells her to never ask about her father. Ferguson heads to the shower and confronts Kaz about Maxine. They argue and Kaz storms out, as she tells Ferguson to leave her alone. Ferguson returns to her cell and contemplates her next move. She speaks with Kaz moments later and apologizes. They both admit they don’t want to chat about their fathers.

Wentworth Review

The 5th episode took Bea out of the picture and placed big responsibilities on Maxine. Maxine gave up the opportunity to obtain medical treatment to fill in as top dog. Will this lead to severe consequences? The move also gave Bea the opportunity to build a stronger relationship with Allie. Now that Juice knows about that relationship, it may prove to be more of a hindrance than a benefit. Nonetheless, Maxine managed to make all of the right moves, while thwarting Ferguson’s efforts.

If only Doreen wasn’t such an annoyance, the episode would’ve been nearly perfect. A solid 8.5 out of 10 is deserved. Catch up with previous recaps of Wentworth right now!
