Lizzie returns and collects the chest. She overhears Charlie and Marshal discussing her. Chester Phipps (Rhys Coiro) takes photos, before Lizzie approaches him and questions about Skipjack, who enters. She tells Skipjack that Marshal and Charlie are on the way there to question him about Spencer. Lizzie is forced to give up 50%, in order to keep him quiet. They enter and leave, without noticing Lizzie. Leslie and Emma talk about their wedding, before Lizzie interrupts.

Chester Phipps

Lizzie insists she is thrilled for them and says they should use their father’s fortune to pay for their wedding. The trio contemplate a spring wedding, before Emma mentions a photographer, which gives Lizzie an ideal. She inspects the photo of Spencer and instantly recognizes it as the work of Chester Phipps, before she presents Emma with their mother’s wedding dress. Meanwhile, Charlie and Marshal interrogate Skipjack (Bradley Stryker). He instantly caves in and admits he hid the body for Lizzie. Giving up the location takes a little more convincing.

Spencer's Corpse

Chester receives a visit from Lizzie, who questions about his line of work and the photo of Spencer. She forces Chester to guide her to the body. Charlie and Marshal attempt to get Skipjack a full pardon for his crimes, so he can testify against Lizzie. Charlie is ridiculed for stealing state files. He returns to the motel to get the files and encounters Isabel Danforth (Olivia Llewellyn), who has been beaten by her husband. Charlie flies off the handle and beats up Ezekiel (John Ralston), before continuing on his way.

Review

At this point, it is beginning to feel like this show isn’t going to a second season. Too many people are dying off too quick. For Lifetime, this is certainly a solid show, which is worth watch. The episode, although very predictable, was a fun watch. By no means was it groundbreaking, but it helped to move things along and built and ended a few relationships. For that, a 7 out of 10 is deserved.
